Deleting the app removes its data from your device.
When you ask a question, the text of that question is sent over HTTPS to our self-hosted SparkieLive backend so it can generate an answer. Questions are processed to produce the response and are not used to identify you, build a profile, or serve advertising. We do not link questions to any user identity (there are no accounts).
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, they are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card details.
SparkieLive is a reference aid, not a substitute for the published NEC or your local code authority. Always verify answers against the adopted code and your Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) before performing work.
SparkieLive is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
